- All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is completed, tiles cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No Returns for Change of Mind: Returns due to change of mind, incorrect choice, or excess quantity are not accepted.
- Batch Variations: Variations in color, texture, or size between production batches are normal and not considered grounds for return.
- Inspection at Purchase/Delivery: Customers are responsible for inspecting tiles at the time of purchase or delivery to ensure they meet their expectations.
Exceptions to No Return Policy
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) if the tiles:
- Are faulty or defective due to manufacturing issues.
- Do not match the description, sample, or demonstration model provided.
- Are not of acceptable quality or unfit for their intended purpose.

Customer Responsibilities

- Storage and Handling: Properly store and handle tiles to avoid damage after purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by mishandling or improper storage.
Important Notes
- Custom or Special Orders: Custom-made or special-order tiles cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or defective.
- Installation: Once tiles have been installed, we cannot process any returns or claims, even for defects, as installation is considered acceptance of the product.

Return Process

- Refund Issuance: Once approved, a refund (40% restocking fee) will be processed using the original payment method.
